This morning I went to the shop to change the coat I bought yesterday. When I told the salesgirl what I came for, she didn’t admit the coat was bought in the shop. When I showed her the receipt, she said I made the coat dirty and refused to change it for me.
I reasoned with her, pointing to the notice on the wall, which read “All the goods bought here can be changed if there’s something wrong.”
She had nothing to say but still refused my request. Just then the manager came. After I told him the whole matter, he criticized the salesgirl and had the coat changed for me.
At last,I left the shop with satisfaction.
